I know people go on and on about eating right, training hard, running longer, lifting heavier, eating cleaner, but ultimately it’s your MIND you need to look after the most- you need to BELIEVE. Believe with ALL YOUR HEART. Not let ANYONE break down your wall of positivity. You need to ACKNOWLEDGE and MOVE FORWARD if ever you have a bad day or a weak moment. Mostly you need to have BALANCE. Balance in all aspects of your life. Don’t let one aspect dominate them all. Keep life UPBEAT. POSITIVE. FULL OF SELF-BELIEF. BALANCE.
